my dead end is looking for an outlet

every time i sit and continue to work on this essay in progress my brain begins to hurt. i choose an avenue to explore and continue coming to dead ends. i'm not sure if it's a lack of information, clarity or i'm an idiot who can't carry a thought from beginning to end. do i think this pacs classification system works for all human action? sometimes yes, sometimes no, it all depends on the action. there are so many human actions to take into account and so many gray areas. i find it myself caught up in "what if's" and "why's" and definitions and i find myself wondering how i got so far off track. i have a theory that was been in the works for years and only 3 months to determine it's possible validity or lack thereof and i just don't feel it's enough time for me to gain full, if not, enough understanding to tackle a theory with so many complexities. i want to write a clear, cohesive paper but how can i when faced with so many uncertainties. now my brain hurts more.

getting closer

if the individual is the instrument of the deep self are we to assume then with every human action what can be inferred about the instrument based on the action is classified by art?

when trying to find how art can fit every action, i began to consider smaller, mundane tasks. since one can never truly understand the inner world of another, they are then left to make assumptions based on the evidence (i.e.:actions). taking an outsiders point of view, it is easy to make assumptions about a person (right or wrong) based on their actions. if art is the manifestation of the "inner world" or "inner self" of an individual, the expression of that self, then that expression must include the philosophy behind it as well. this leads me to believe that every action can be classified by art.

the twist

when you break it all down and analyze it to death, can you twist a word to fit your meaning? it's like doing a crossword puzzle, you have your answer and so you try to find a word that fits. sometimes the word is a stretch or used in a context unfamiliar to you but there is a word that fits.

"the lie"
you can make a wrong answer sound right if you make it sound convincing. the world is filled with people who will mislead you in their favor. their theories may sound legit but how much has been twisted to make that theory sound true?

while researching the different topics we've discussed, i've learned how far a word can stretch and how convincing something can appear when it's based on no actuality.

action!

some definitions i found online for the word action:
  • something done (usually as opposed to something said); "there were stories of murders and other unnatural actions"
  • the state of being active; "his sphere of activity"; "he is out of action"
  • legal action: a judicial proceeding brought by one party against another; one party prosecutes another for a wrong done or for protection of a right or for prevention of a wrong
  • an act by a government body or supranational organization; "recent federal action undermined the segregationist position"; "the United Nations must have the power to propose and organize action without being hobbled by irrelevant issues"; "the Union action of emancipating Southern slaves"
  • military action: a military engagement; "he saw action in Korea"
  • natural process: a process existing in or produced by nature (rather than by the intent of human beings); "the action of natural forces"; "volcanic activity"
  • the series of events that form a plot; "his novels always have a lot of action"
  • the operating part that transmits power to a mechanism; "the piano had a very stiff action"
  • the trait of being active and energetic and forceful; "a man of action"
  • institute legal proceedings against; file a suit against; "He was warned that the district attorney would process him"; "She actioned the company for discrimination"
  • carry through: put in effect; "carry out a task"; "execute the decision of the people"; "He actioned the operation"
  • the most important or interesting work or activity in a specific area or field; "the action is no longer in technology stocks but in municipal bonds"; "gawkers always try to get as close to the action as possible"
it seems to me this word can be twisted to fit a lot of situations. it can be a noun or verb, a being or happening. there are human and non-human actions.
